marilyn teacher says, “I am working at a struggling school where 75% of the students do not work because they know the principal "will not allow the teachers to fail them." The principal threatens teachers with unsatisfactory performance ratings if they fail students. Yes it is unconscionable, but I need my job. What do I do?”
